Associate Director of Partnerships, ANZ

The Associate Director of Partnerships, ANZ will support Grok's global growth, including in the Australia and New Zealand higher education sector, by leading sales operations, event management, and tender writing and management. The role will work closely with the Director of Client Success, ANZ to advance Grok's growth in Australia and New Zealand.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-5 years of work experience in international student recruitment and/or a sales or business development role focused on the Australian or New Zealand higher education sector
• Deep understanding of the ANZ higher education landscape, including a solid grounding in international student recruitment practices
• Talent for fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers within the higher education sector
• Persuasive writing skills
• Consultative selling skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Highly collaborative and adaptable
• Must have the legal right to work in Australia
