Backend Tech Lead (Python/DRF) [Ed-tech/Remote]

Fiction Express is a company that develops linguistic competition in students to get excited about reading through co-creation and participation in the story. The company is looking for a Backend Tech Lead to lead a development team technically and strategically, combining people management and individual contribution.

Requirements

• Experience as Tech Lead, leading technical development teams, with mentoring and coordination skills
• Solid technical base in Python and Django REST Framework, with ability to define and review architecture decisions
• Knowledge of cloud environments (preferably AWS), Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB) and NoSQL
• Good engineering practices: SOLID, development architectures (hexagonal), automated testing, clear technical documentation
• Experience in Agile environments
