Director of Government Sales, LATAM

We are seeking a Director of Government Sales for our LATAM region to lead our public-sector growth strategy and drive partnerships with national governments and infrastructure authorities. The successful candidate will own the full sales cycle, from market shaping to quota attainment, and represent Tomorrow.io at the highest levels of government and international institutions.

Requirements

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle across the LATAM region
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior government officials
  • Lead channel and partner management, driving growth in priority LATAM markets
  • Manage RFPs, tenders, and donor-funded programs
  • Represent Tomorrow.io at major regional government and industry events
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to tailor weather and climate solutions for regional operations
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets for the region
  • Travel up to 25% (domestic and international)
