Associate Director, Hematology Thought Leader Liaison - West

The Hematology Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a field-based, non-sales position on Regeneron's Commercial Hematology Marketing team. The role will focus on enhancing and improving interactions with key external US hematology thought leaders at academic centers and leading community practices for Regeneron's Hematology bispecific. The position requires a strong science background, deep knowledge of hematology/oncology, and experience in thought leader liaison roles, field sales, inline or regional brand marketing, and relevant medical/clinical experience. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment with the overall strategy and tactical execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or other advanced education/certification a plus
  • Specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience, with a minimum of 8 years of work experience in 2 or more of the following – Thought Leader Liaison role (previous or current), field sales, inline or regional brand marketing, relevant medical/clinical experience, experience in hematology/oncology markets strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategies within the pharmaceutical industry. Launch experience preferred
  • Experience with physician-administered biologics preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and project management experience
  • A proven team player with an in-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance guidelines
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to travel 60%-80% of time
