Bids & Proposal Management Lead

GKN Aerospace is seeking a Bids & Proposal Management Lead to lead sole-source and competitive proposal activities, oversee end-to-end proposal development, and serve as a key business partner to various departments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field and 6-8 years of experience in proposal management, capture management, or related field.

• Strong financial acumen including pricing strategy, budgeting, and cost analysis
• Proven people leadership and departmental management experience
• Proven strategic thinking and business acumen
